N B THAM CLINIC is a Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC). AIC has notified PHPC clinics that the Haze Subsidy Scheme (HSS) takes effect from 12 October 2026. MOH has also published an activation announcement.
Before visiting
Eligible Singapore Citizens at PHPCs include children aged 18 or below, seniors aged 65 or above, and PA, PG, MG, CHAS Blue/Orange or MFEC cardholders. PG/MG patients pay S$5; other eligible patients pay S$10, or the bill if lower. PA patients pay nothing.
Bring identification and applicable cards. Contact the clinic to confirm HSS activation. A doctor must assess whether the condition is haze-related.
Subsidies are subject to prevailing official rules and clinic verification.
