For your first appointment, please bring your identification (NRIC, passport, etc.), medical insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, any relevant medical history records, and referral letters if you have been referred by another healthcare provider.

Yes, we accept various medical insurance plans and are a CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme) participating clinic. Please bring your insurance card or CHAS card to your appointment. For specific insurance inquiries, please contact our clinic directly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our clinic at +65 6288 0739 or +65 8712 4199 as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need urgent care.
