Dr. Nathan Xu graduated from Fudan University Shanghai Medical School in 2012. After graduation, he trained in the Surgical Oncology Department at Shanghai Cancer Center. 徐宽医生于 2012 年毕业于复旦大学上海医学院，毕业后曾在上海市肿瘤医院外科肿瘤科接受培训。

He joined MOHH Singapore in 2014 and has worked across major hospitals in Singapore, rotating through a range of medical and surgical departments. 他于 2014 年加入新加坡 MOHH，曾在新加坡多家主要医院工作，并轮转于多个内科及外科部门。

Dr. Nathan started his GP practice in 2018 and has since been involved in multiple clinics island-wide, bringing broad primary care experience to the community. 徐医生自 2018 年起开展全科医疗执业，并参与新加坡多家诊所的临床工作，具备广泛的社区医疗经验。

His clinical interests include chronic and acute conditions in geriatric and paediatric care, skin and eye care, minor surgical procedures, wound care, remote care, and teleconsultation. 他的临床兴趣包括老年与儿科常见急慢性疾病、皮肤与眼科问题、小型外科手术、伤口护理，以及远程医疗和线上问诊。

Dr. Lim Chong Sing is a dedicated general practitioner with extensive experience in providing comprehensive healthcare services. He graduated from the National University of Singapore and holds qualifications including MBBS(S), MCGP(S), and DWD. 林当圣医生是一位敬业且经验丰富的全科医生，长期为患者提供全面医疗服务。他毕业于新加坡国立大学，持有 MBBS(S)、MCGP(S) 和 DWD 等资格。
